As Al and Chris have mentioned many a time, Borth can through up some unexpected surprises. Thought we would head on over to the beach this afternoon on the off chance that XC weather was predicting 13mph wind at 14:00. Got there nothing, read the sunday paper, had a snooze and at 15:00 15 knots of wind and perfect sunshine and the surf was small. Got in the water struggled to get going in my normal fashion, Al soon joined me and got going no probs. But Iwas not far behind, this was my best session ever really managed to get going well, even going up wind. I was stoked, it seems to have taken an age to get this far but when it comes together it's awesome. The best hour and a half I had for long while.
